The opening of the National Tennis Center in Satul German was designed as a multi-day international experience, bringing together renowned athletes, Tennis Europe representatives, officials, partners, members of the media, and the general public.
The Berlizzo Events team coordinated the entire guest journey, including the arrival of international delegations, VIP transfers, accommodation, the Development Committee conference, the cultural program at Cricova, and dedicated hospitality for special guests. The inauguration day included a press conference, the ribbon-cutting ceremony, a tour of the center, and an exhibition match featuring Simona Halep, Juan Martín del Potro, Radu Albot, and Lia Belibova.
The program was complemented by artistic performances, activities for children, a masterclass, autograph sessions, a public entertainment area, and an official evening reception. We managed the event production, access flows, supplier coordination, entertainment program, delegation logistics, security, hospitality, and the delivery of every moment according to the established timeline.
